Administrative Program Coordinator

Location: Reynoldsburg, OH

Position Summary

The Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) is seeking an Administrative Program Coordinator. This is a part-time position located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. This position works under the direction of the Church Multiplication & Grants Associate Director and is responsible for coordinating administrative particulars and delivering analyzed data pertinent to specific grant-funded projects. In the performance of these duties, this position will support the overall mission of the C&MA as described below.

Specific Duties

  • Tracks project’s information, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short-term and long-term goals
  • Acquire relevant data on projects’ participants and their respective churches
  • Input data from specified sources into designated data management software
  • General analysis of both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Initiate reports on the analysis of the data
  • Appropriate filing of project reports
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Contact program participants to obtain the required data and remind them of their assigned tasks
  • Assist in coordinating resources and assessments
  • Ensure the timely delivery of final materials by coordinating with the translators, graphic designers, and printers
  • Prepare appropriate documentation for the request of resources and funds.
  • Schedule project management team meetings
  • Liaise with Alliance offices
  • Maintain records that are current and accessible to the project management team
  • Complete invoices and payments,
  • Familiar with the project management team’s calendars

Requirements

  • Prefer 3-5 years of experience
  • 1–2 years of college preferred (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish
