Alliance Northwest is looking for a Credentialing Coordinator to join our team! We're looking for someone who loves Jesus and is passionate about serving his church — someone with the gifts of hospitality and administration who loves creating order behind the scenes and making people feel cared for along the way. You'll provide essential support to pastors and leaders as they move through our Credentialing Council process, and you'll do it as a genuinely excellent teammate: dependable, positive, collaborative, and people-oriented.
This is a hybrid position, combining in-office hours with the flexibility to work remotely.
The Credentialing Coordinator serves the Alliance Northwest (ANW) by providing high-capacity administrative and relational support to the Credentialing Council (CC) and its processes. This role helps ensure that pastors and leaders across the district are well cared for and well guided as they move through credentialing, from first inquiry to final approval.
This position is a ministry role within the Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) and contributes meaningfully to the spiritual formation, health, and leadership capacity of the Alliance Northwest family.
In response to God’s calling, employees of Alliance Northwest exercise and express both their own and The Alliance’s biblical beliefs and standards by working together to advance the District’s faith mission. Each employee is expected to:
Biblical Beliefs
Employees must affirm agreement with The Alliance’s Statement of Faith and related biblical beliefs and must not promote beliefs inconsistent with those outlined in the Manual of The Christian and Missionary Alliance.
Christian Conduct Standards
Employees are expected to conduct themselves, at all times, in a manner consistent with biblical standards of Christian character and conduct.
Distinctly Christian Activities
Employees must be willing and able to engage in spiritual formation activities, including praying for coworkers and district leaders, participating in devotions, and engaging in discipleship training as appropriate.
The Coordinator role facilitates the efficient operation for the CC department by proactively, professionally, and accurately performing a variety of administrative tasks.
