The Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) is seeking a Campaign & CRM Manager. This is a full-time position located in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. This position works under the direction of the Assistant Vice President for Development and plays a pivotal role in advancing the mission of the Christian and Missionary Alliance by managing strategic marketing and communication initiatives. This position serves as the primary project manager for all development-related campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across departments, vendors, and creative teams to deliver impactful, timely communications. In the performance of these duties, this position will support the overall mission of the C&MA as described below.
Project Management – Marketing & Communication Campaigns
Serve as the primary project manager for all development-related marketing and communication campaigns
Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and resources across departments and vendors to ensure timely and effective campaign execution
Collaborate with writers, designers, and digital teams to ensure campaign deadlines are met
Track campaign performance and provide post-campaign analysis and recommendations
CRM Strategy & Management
Serve as lead administrator for the Virtuous CRM, ensuring data integrity, segmentation, and reporting
Collaborate with Relationship Management and Marketing & Communications to develop data-driven strategies for donor acquisition, retention, and re-engagement
Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns
Build and manage automation workflows and audience creation processes
Provide data analysis and strategic recommendations to support fundraising goals
Train staff on CRM best practices and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
Act as subject matter expert on data portability, ingestion, and system integration
Liaise with Development, IT, and Finance to ensure seamless integration and functionality across CRM and campaign systems
Audience Segmentation & List Compilation
Develop and maintain segmented audience lists for targeted communication
Generate and prioritize prospect and constituent lists for marketing, communication and fundraising efforts in coordination with development teams
Use data insights to refine segmentation strategies and improve engagement
Ensure compliance with data privacy and communication preference
